I get close to the work, find the hard seam, build it, and pay attention to what the evidence says.

   Get close to the work.

   In PipeTrace, that means following a load through receiving, quantity checks, rack movement, and the station queue.

2. 02

   Model

   Make the whole system visible.

   PATCH22 links a locked design version to checkout and a production job, with artwork and finishing work tracked separately.

3. 03

   Build

   Put the riskiest seam on the bench.

   PatchSight puts camera preview, run-stitch tracing, calibration, and operator review into one local workflow.

4. 04

   Prove

   Record what actually happened.

   With MaxBot, I track which firmware is installed and which behavior still needs to be tested on the real screen.
